How to Make a Booking or Inquiry

The easiest and simplest way to make a booking for your event with us is to contact our Banquet Manager, Mary Myers. Alternatively you can reach Mary by phone at: 519-756-5484.

Whether you need to make a change to your event, get a price quote for our services, or are just looking for general information about our services, Mary will be more than happy to help.

Things to Know About Tour Group Bookings or Inquiries

At the Sherwood we will happily answer any question you might have about our services, or your event. However, upon your calling, we will request a few key pieces of information from you. Thus, as a way to better serve you we simply ask for the following:

  • Your name or the name of the Company you represent
  • Mailing Address
  • A phone number where we can reach you
  • An email address for correspondence
  • Date and Time of your event(s)
  • The location(s) you are planning on holding your event(s)
  • Type of service(s) and meal choice you would like
  • Number of Guests (including Host & Driver)

Minimum Time for a Tour Group Booking

For standard business days (Sunday through Saturday not including Holidays) we require at least two (2) weeks for Banquet & Catering bookings. In some cases we can accomodate group bookings with as little as five (5) days notice, however extra charges will apply to such groups.

Requirements for a Tour Group Booking

The following is required to make a booking with the Sherwood:

  • Your name or the name of the Company you represent
  • Mailing Address
  • Billing Address if different then above
  • A phone number where we can reach you
  • An email address for correspondence
  • Date and Time of your event(s)
  • The location(s) you are planning on holding your event(s)
  • Name of your Host if different then above
  • Type of service(s) and meal choice you would like
  • Number of Guests (including Host & Driver)
  • Room setup information
